Did not like the food at all, although the service was quite friendly. Not only the pizza was burnt, it was also suffering from low quality ingredients as well as careless preparation.

I wish the food quality was as good as the service and the recommended wine we received. A mediocre steak with a horrible mashed potato plus a deep-fried dry duck confit are the reasons I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place used to serve us the best pizzas we could imagine but the last time was far from what were used to. While we received a slightly better service this time we could not believe how much the food quality had been degraded to the extent that we were (and still are) not sure if we would go back again.

One of my favourite places at CBD to have lunch on weekdays. In addition to the good food, the place is very clean and you easily feel how caring the staff are. I really hope they intend to remain so.

I was expecting much more in every aspect, especially food which was entirely disappointing. In this value range we have had times better experiences before in previous pizzerias.

We had very high expectations I guess, specially after reading so many positive reviews here. It was not anything but disappointment. We ordered only pizza so I cannot say anything about other dishes, but its quality was still below than what I was expecting. The value is very good though.

In some points my partner got a little bit angry with the service staff as two of them tried to be funny by making practical jokes which were quite inappropriate.
We will avoid them by all means in the future.

The food and service were average while the ambience was not pleasant at all. Will not try it even for take-away.

As we liked this place a lot during first couple of visits long time ago (that's why I left a very positive review of them here), we decided to dine there once again. Everything was disappointing, from the ambience to the horrible and rude service. I don't know why they have changed their way but it was unbelievably unacceptable, especially the service which was the worst part. Apparently they have hired new staff who might not be good at expressing themselves in English and have some cultural difficulties which may result in misunderstandings. I would not recommend this place anymore which is so sad.

Good food, cheap prices, so-so ambience (looks more like a take-away place). There is not much of service as you need to go to the register to order your food and it is served like as in a food court. We did not try the sweets though.
