Sadly, Jimbaran serves the most westernised, least traditional Indonesian dishes. Take it from an Indonesian, the bakwan here tastes like Aussie corn fritters you'd get from a cafe on King Street, the murtabak is too fluffy and salty, and who would pay $7.70 for a serve of sambal? If you cannot make traditional Indo/Balinese food, don't try to overcharge for rubbish.
