Riverwood Foodie

This is a great local restaurant with terrific food and service. The only down side is that the restaurant is quite small and sometimes you have to wait which is ok but, unfortunately, some of the other customers think that they are more important than you and don't have to wait in line themselves. The staff do a good job but some customers need to learn how things are done in polite society.

Great pizza and pasta, perfect for a cold night inside. 4 of us had a very enjoyable meal here with just the right amount of ambience. Recommended.

Had a reasonable meal at this place. It was not the best pizza we have ever had. The prawns on the marinara pizza were tiny and hard to find but our other choice of pizza was tasty. There were two lonely olives in our italian salad. I was a little bit concerned though to see the waitress pouring a whole bunch of oil straight over the pizzas before they went into the oven!

Have never seen that before. The restaurant was full, however, and seemed to be popular with local families. The wait staff were ok but not great although we were offered a complimentary glass of liquer at the end of our meal. I might return but the lack of eftpos and credit card facilities is not very convenient.

Had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant. The food was cold and terrible (with items on the menu not even available) but the staff were the worst I have ever seen in my life, extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. We attended for a family birthday dinner and were treated appallingly. We will never return.

We took our mum here for Mothers' Day and we all had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very nice. Our mum wants to return very soon !!

We had never been to this restaurant before and visited on a Thursday night for dinner after reading all of the reviews. It was very enjoyable. The staff made us feel very welcome. Service was good. The food was all good. Hottest, freshest pasta I have ever had. Excellent pizza and fantastic Tiramisu. We will be returning soon.
