A group of 6 of us ate here after reading the review in SMH and shared the king crab as in the review. Extreme disappointment to say the least. Other dishes were not of even "basic" Chinese standard. An expensive bitter-taste evening. Will not go back!

Great value. Lovely setting overlooking the water. Food was better than usual "club"standard. Glass of wine was the largest "glass" I have ever been given and at a bargain price. Will go back.

Rather noisy due to the wooden floor, and cramped seating due to the building limits. Service was slow but we believe that new wait-staff were being trained. The food was outstanding.

Reasonable price for the quality, $90 for 3 special pizzas and a house salad, which filled four of us. Noisy but child friendly. Pizzas as good as SMH GFG said.

We joined other quiet couples for dinner on Valentine's Day. Food was good overall as was service. Not "fine dining"but good value.

Ate here pre-theatre and we were not rushed in having dinner in time for the play. Food was good without being spectacular. Service good. Likely to revisit pre-show.

Food very good. Wooden floor and very noisy, especially with crowded hotel bar alongside. Not the place for intimate dining. Wine very expensive. Won't hurry back.

We ate here the "hats off" degustation dinner of SMH October Good Food Month, first visit since their relocation. Restaurant was full. Ambience good at our ground floor table but would be less so upstairs. Food was exquisite with beautifully retained and balanced flavours. Matching wines were well chosen. Service was excellent, professional and without "attitude".

Only gripe was from my health care professional wife who observed the chef put his tasting spoon back into the pot rather than stirring with a fresh one ie "double dipping". Not a nice practice but widespread I believe. Value 8 as rather expensive.

Apparently with new ownership in past month. More a cafe than a restaurant. Calamari wonderful. Caesar salad soggy from over-dressing. Pizzas excellent. However, veal dishes not so wonderful. Service friendly and helpful. Cannot rate it as highly as previous reviewers, whose comments led us here.
