We have been coming here since they first opened, as we lived nearby. Their food is absolutely fantastic! The best Malai Kofta in Sydney! Excellent service. Only complaint would be can't get a booking!

The most overrated and overpriced Indian restaurant! And sadly,there is no service here! Especially if you're Indian! They act like they are doing you a huge favour by taking your order. We had a big drama just moving to a lakeside table, when the restaurant was half empty! Then the pathetic waitress didn't write down our order and even rudely suggested we hurry up to order as they were very busy-then turns up with entrees and mains together!

The food most importantly was very average. No real flavour to rave about. Then to pay $95 for 2 vegie curries, naans, rice and 1 entree! We didn't even get a "goodbye" or a smile upon leaving. And to think we travelled far to try out this place-a big mistake!

We came here for dinner with high expectations after unlimited recommendations-and walked away extremely disappointed and a little ripped off! In a half empty restaurant, we requested a lakeview table-judging from the waitress's reaction, it looked more like we had asked for free food! Boy what a start, we got our table changed eventually. Then after taking our order without writing it down (my pet hate!), we got our mains and entrees together! How about that! No apologies from them-only a "just have it" attitude!

The quality of the meals was very average, we ordered 2 curries (veg), 3 naans and biryani rice. Our bill came to $95! A big rip-off! And to add insult to this, when we left, not a single soul there ever said "thanks" or "goodnite". Never Again.

Easily Sydney's best mexican restaurant! We've been everywhere in the hunt for decent Mexican food and happy to say Izote's the one! Numero uno in quality and quantity!
