Have been to Encasa numerous times over the years - they have a decent variety of food and the place is lively (but sometimes it can get quite loud). But my friends and I've noticed that a couple of times we've had a couple of things added to our bill that we didn't order.

Enjoyed the food here - good portions and some really nice flavours. But we didn't get the change back from the bill so after waiting 15mins we left. Pity it kind of ruined a good experience!

This place is great value and I've come here with friends quite a number of times since discovering it this year. The grilled scallop and salmon dishes and salmon tobiko are always a favourite.

D To D Café, Beverly Hills

Came here with a couple of friends a number of months ago for lunch. Our Ceasar salad came out with burnt bits of bacon and meager bits of everything else! We politely pointed this out to our waitress and it was sent back to the kitchen. When we got it back it was clear it was the same plate of salad with some bits of bacon replaced. We decided to let it go, until we discovered a piece of hair in the salad! When we pointed this out paying our bill, the waitress said they couldn't refund for the salad and only offered us a 10% discount on the bill. By this time we's just had enough so we just left and haven't been back.
