Great old style pub atmosphere, good place for a few quiet drinks, you always get table. Food is typical pub food, nothing fancy but an easy night out.

Food was great, lots of light lunch choices and tasty salads. Service started great, we received meals quickly but then found it difficult to get extra drinks and had to wait quite a while for the bill.

We ordered take-away and the food tasted good, the serves were very small (only half the take-away container full). They also would not accept an Entertainment book voucher saying it was only for eating in, but nothing on voucher about that.

The food and view are amazing, but I have never had such bad service! I was there with a group of eight, we had to ask for everything, for someone to give us a menu, for someone to take our drinks order, then had to wait half an hour for drinks to arrive. Our waitress even wandered off halfway through taking our order. When we did receive our food ever second dish was wrong and had to be sent back. The food and view still made it worth it.

I went to the Bank on Friday night. The restaurant was full but we only had to wait around 15 minutes for a table. Easy order at the counter style, and the food came quickly. Fantastic food and huge serves. The decor is great, open air and very relaxed, but a little noisy. Everyone was happy with the food and we will go back.
