Reminded me of a backstreet Melbourne cafe, very cute setting, everything's miniature and packed in. Probably wouldn't recommend sitting down in the cafe as I don't think they ever clean the tables, at least not when I was there. Plus side - They make damn good hot chocolates (The coconut hot chocolate was deliciosa!).

Dendy Premium is a lovely treat for couples or close friends. They have an elegant menu, especially for a unique cinema dining experience. The few yet tantalising options leave you feeling guilty with pleasure. My partner and I order the salt and pepper squid almost every time, it's absolutely divine, and I normally don't even like salt and pepper squid!

The garlic aioli that comes on the side is out of this world, I find myself craving it for days afterwards. The roast vegetable pizza is also a huge favourite. Top that off with a Death by Chocolate Platter for two and I'm in heaven. Just try to remember to watch at least some of the movie!

I really enjoy this restaurant, but I'm slightly inclined to say I've had better food at one of the takeaways in the North Quarter food court of Canberra Centre, where they take 3 minutes to prepare the food and charge half the price. The atmosphere and service is pleasant though.

I've been back countless times for the marinated octopus salad which is divine, however, I have had some of the pastas which I would say are indeed quite underwhelming and usually drowned in grease. Pizzas are good but not great. Atmosphere slightly tired and the place could do with some light renovations. That said, I don't believe it's aiming to provide you with a fine dining experience, more so a casual, relaxed place to dine with family and friends. The prices are affordable and the staff are lovely and friendly.

I went to Banana Leaf 2 weeks ago with my mother before a show at the Canberra Theatre. I ordered the Pittu, which was presented beautifully and tasted great (however, I was expecting a bit more chilli), I especially enjoyed the side of 'Sri Lankan gravy'. Mum ordered the Sri Lankan Style Rice and curry, which was also good, but I struggled to find the difference in taste between my own dish and hers.

Wasn't completely Wow'ed by the food, but it was satisfying enough to intrigue me to return for a 2nd visit at another time. Service was exceptional. Loved the Mango Lassi.

Highly recommend the degustation menu. Wait staff were very attentive, some people may find it irritating, however, I enjoyed it, expecially since I constantly needed refills on the superb mojitos. Only thing that bothered me was that the olives were served in a pool of vegetable oil, just didn't quite make sense.

My favourite Canberran restaurant by far, the Nasi Goreng is fantastic. The waiters and waitresses are always so lovely and accommodating. There aren't many restaurants around like this one, it's the whole package. My partner and I eat here at least once a month.

I Love this place! The first time I went to Kingsley's I tried the 60 day grain fed steak, (recommended to me by a friend) it was to die for and well worth the price I paid for it. Ever since, I have frequented this restaurant for the fantastic food, the pleasant service and the great atmosphere.

By far the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. We were not served after waiting 20 minutes with our menus closed and trying to make eye contact with the most outwardly arrogant French waiter I have ever encountered, even though there were other patrons around me being served who had come in after us. Being much younger than all the other restaurant-goers, I felt completely discriminated against, despite the fact that my partner and I eat out quite regularly and are always willing to pay for good quality food and service. This place just doesn't make the cut - not by a long shot!
