I know it's received its share of bad reviews, but I love this place! The cakes are delicious and generous, the mains are lovely, although admittedly slightly pricey and the seating is particularly comfortable. I've always been served with a smile and I've been there upwards of fifteen times.

Location/atmosphere was perfect, waitress was smiley and helpful. I was there for coffee and cake which were on the better side of average. It was a bit pricey, but it served its purpose for a nice afternoon out.

I've never had to walk out on a cake before! I ordered coffee and cake both arrived reasonably quickly. No problems with coffee cake tasted old and it was so dry it was actually inedible. For the first time ever, I sent my food back. The waitress suggested a different cake which she promised to heat up to make it less dry. It was warm but that didn't make it any fresher. I didn't eat it, and left, telling the woman at the register the situation. I was charged for the coffee, but not the cake. Fair outcome, but I left very disappointed. The nice outdoor seating didn't make up for it in the slightest.

Cakes were divine. Come here for quality not quantity, but they're all very reasonably priced, so it is still good value overall. My coffee was average, but, unfortunately, the ice coffee was very poor.
