As usual with those too-good-to-be-true vouchers, there is always an additional cost that you find out about when you arrive. When I said I didn't want to pay for any additional services on top of my voucher, they insisted I pay a $10 'large car' fee for my medium-sized vehicle (when I got home, I checked and on their website it is advertised as only $5 extra).

The male staff member that served me initially was quite rude with very little people skills. The quality of the clean was acceptable, however, the service and business is very poor. I won't go back, and I would not recommend them.
