DOYLES - not the cafe but Doyles at the Bridge Hotel. Same venue. Great place, sit on the deck and you will love it, especially on a great Victorian day. The staff is very good, they will remember you, they will accommodate to you. The wine list is good, they always have a very good specials board that works seasonally and it is reasonably priced. I am a repeat offender, It is essential on a summer day to book.

The best range of sashimi in the suburbs, and the value for what the produce is fantastic. Plus they do gluten free soy sauce, and everyone is very lovely and a great take away menu. You won't be disappointed.

I am a repeat offender for many reasons. I am a Dairy free gluten free diabetic and I still manage to receive a good meal, because the food is cooked for you, fresh good produce and a great wine list, the specials are to die for and the service is so attentive and friendly, even on your first visit you feel like a scene from Cheers. The place kind of reminds me of a better value Botanical. Love it.

It is rustic Italian at its best, amazing value, really caring staff, it can be busy but they will find the time no matter what. Best kept secret in Melbourne.

The best food I've eaten in a very long time, the Good Food Guide got it spot on in their epicure review. As per standard suburban flair, it is a tad pricey but this is a gastronomic indulgence, Oyster shooters with minced corriander, lemon and olive oil, Char grilled prawns with the heads on that were meaty, sweet and at least 15cm long- and I didnt luck out either, the Pizzas are exceptionally good- better then carlton and closer to Naples, a lovely spagetti and beautiful lightly fried calamri also appeared worthy.
But nothing is perfect, their is no air con and on the 28 degree evening you can tell; there were 2 staff members, one who was just helping out for the night, and the service was more then plesantly casual, it was understaffed - they knew it and you knew it.
However good outweighed the bad, and I would give it another shot or else take advantage of their take away menu.
