This is my local cafe and I always enjoy the coffee and panini. You can tell these guys are passionate about their food, they always use top quality ingredients. Much better than the cafe's on the beach strip. Although I reckon its pretty expensive.

I have tried Nepalese food before and never been a big fan. Until now. The food was really good, the goat curry was great and so was the eggplant curry. We also had some Momo's for entree and they too were really enjoyable. The service was fast and friendly and I could not believe how cheap it was. Will definitely be back.

I work around the corner and I can not get through the day without a coffee from Mecca, neither can any of my work mates. It is the best coffee in the city! The only problem is that I am always so disappointed on the weekend when I go to other cafe's and experience poor tasting coffee that takes forever to make it.

This was the 2nd visit to Agave. I enjoyed the first visit so much I couldn't wait to get back. Unfortunately, it was a bit off this time. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing? The seafood in the empanada's does not taste very fresh. However, my dining partner ordered the taco's and loved every bite. The Guacamole and the sangria are both fabulous too. The dining room is very loud which adds to the night if you're with a big group but if its dinner for two it distracts from conversation. I think it's a little over priced for the portions (especially meat to filling ratio). The service is friendly and attentive.

I've have been wanting to check out the Cooks Garden for ages and finally had breakfast on the weekend. I thought the food was excellent. In fact, I would agree with the other reviews that list it as the best cafe food on the North Shore. We ate outside which was lovely, we looked out on to a beautiful garden.

The service was very friendly and attentive. We spoilt ourselves and stayed a bit longer to have a Soufflé and now I know why the Cooks Graden Soufflé's are famous! It was perfect. In regards to the previous comments about price, I would rather pay a little more and get superb food. This place is a real find for a relaxed weekend meal.
