Great Chinese, right in the heart of the city! the food is always second to none when we go here and for its location it seems like fairly good value. I heard the chef is from Golden Century Seafood, which is the best in Sydney.

Definitely not as good as the last owners (who also ran the amazing thai restaurant at the Salisbury Hotel across the road, but since also moved on). The dishes seem to have too much sugar in them and are too sweet (is palm sugar they add?). Not enough emphasis on the fresh ingredients that make Thai so good. Having said that it is quite nice and we tend to visit approx once every 2 months and always leave full and happy.

The service is always great and they seem so warm and friendly. Ambience is lovely with the brown walls and red chandelier and we always get a nice bottle of Chardy across the road before we go. Give it a go and see what you think!

Sorry to say but we had the worst experience ever! The restaurant looked full so we thought it must be ok. The dumplings were over steamed/boiled and the meat contents was a dehydrated grey piece of meat (pork?) with chives. The dumpling skin was big and gluggy and big! these are the dumplings we ate are the ones you buy in a huge frozen packet at your local chinese grocer.

The prawn dumplings were fishy (frozen prawns!?) and peppery, again with big soggy, glutinous dumpling skins. The lights above weren't working above our table so the fridge light was turned on for light for us, still very hard to read the menu. We won't be trying this place again.
