This pizza is worth travelling down from Sydney for! Very generous toppings & sizing, I recommend a small size each if you're having starters. We had beautiful oysters here too, plump & fresh - served with lemon & vinegarette & the price was very reasonable too, the only draw back was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant on a hot day, which was eventually put on, the staff are lovely here & it's still very popular with the locals, we would definitely return on our next trip to Melbourne.

We dined here recently & it was a disappointing experience, the staff were lovely but the food was very substandard, using the prices as an indicator for quality I expected more, the value for money was below average. We ordered a full dozen oysters as starters, they were the saddest oysters we've ever seen, very deflated, not fleshy at all, served natural with lemon & for $42 we expected the best of the best but it was not to be, very disappointed that the kitchen even thought they were good enough to be served, very poor quality.

The mains took a long time to arrive, I had the barramundi with wild rice, which was very dry & bland, my partner had the duck, which was very dry & chewy we had a couple of side dishes which were ok & the dessert was our favourite part of the meal. I think we expected too much of this restaurant, they cater for big groups upstairs which we weren't aware of when we booked & I think this affected the meal times & quality, they would be better suited to keeping the patronage small for the prices they charge. We had hoped dining here would have been the highlight of our trip to Melbourne but we won't be returning.

My favourite dining experience so far! My partner & I dined here back in February (remember that really hot day) we had an amazing experience & were lucky enough to have a table by the window we chose the 4 course weekend menu at $110 pp, which I recommend for great value & the sommelier was spot on with the wine choices as we weren't sure what would match, special thanks to our server Vanessa for making the experience such a great one.

What a great little place, we came across it by chance & we love Japanese so we thought we'd give it a try, we ordered take away but will return for a dine-in meal, the fit-out is supercute too. We had the Tiger Roll which was freshly made to order & just delicious - the BBQ Beef & Teriyaki Chicken both were really tasty, and the teriyaki dish wasn't to syrupy which can happen is some places, this really is modern Japanese, we are looking forward to returning to try the other dishes on the menu with some plum wine.

I enjoyed a wonderful night here for my partner's birthday. Prime is an absolute treasure, the food was superb, the servings are very generous (I wish we'd left room for dessert), the waitstaff very knowledgeable and helpful, the prices may be higher than average but this restaurant is worth every cent, keep this place in mind for that special occasion, we will be back.

The sashimi here is one of the best I've tasted, very fresh and delicious, we usually order takeaway but dined here over the weekend, the service was a bit slow but the staff are very friendly and try their best. The food was really delicious, we tried the sushi, sashimi, hotpot dishes and wafu steak dishes we all agreed they were amongst the best we've tasted. Make sure you book ahead it's always very busy here.

Had a really great dining experience here over the new year, the food was amazing, although the portions for the mains were huge so start off light for the starters. The staff are very welcoming & knowledegable about the produce, if you get a chance to dine outside it's beautiful, don't let the appearance from the front fool you the experience inside is worth it. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting the Hunter Valley/Lovedale area.

I love this restaurant and have dined here a couple of times and bought fresh fish from the counter downstairs on other occasions. The meals are just beautiful and have had wonderful service each time. I will be bringing my friends and family here over the new year.

Sunday lunch here is an absolute treat, had a wonderful experience here & didn't leave hungry at all. The staff were attentive & the food was so top notch (we had the 3 courses) & the views are just beautiful, worth going to during the day so you can look out over the water.
