Myself and three family members attended the Hard Rock Cafe today along with my baby. There were so many problems it's hard to know where to begin.

Firstly, we waited at the concierge desk just up from the stairs, we waited and waited to be told by passing wait staff that the other desk was being used instead. So not a good impression as we wasted a lot of time there. We went to the other desk to be told there was a 20-30 min wait.

During the wait our buzzer "accidentally" went off which was frustrating. We were told there may not be room for the pram once we were finally being seated.
Secondly, we waited literally over an hour for our food. We only received it once we complained and once received it was beyond rubbish. The burgers were dry, the nachos chicken was burnt and well over cooked. The burgers literally had one lettuce leaf and one tomato slice to fill the 10oz burger and no sauce! Dry as anything.

Totally a major disappointment. Will never Ever be going back. The senior staff was rude and unaccommodating. We were all very disappointed with the entire experience and it's over priced dry disappointing food. We honestly could have gotten better for a lot less at the local burger joint.

I have been to Sushi Bay at Penrith and Blacktown, and I prefer Blacktown because it's closer to where I live and also because they have much more variety on the sushi train. I absolutely adore the "lion king" and the "pink lady". They are to die for. My sister absolutely cannot stop thinking about their spring rolls. Which I must admit, are quite amazing, full of flavour.

Every time we have asked for something to be freshly made, we have had no problems at all. The prices of some of the dishes are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. The only negative is that a lot of the dishes on the train seem to be there while and get cold (the tempura dishes, croquettes etc) this can be quite revolting.

They need to keep a closer eye on their train to see if anything needs replacing more often, because there is nothing worse then grabbing a plate, which you think will be warm because it has fried prawns or crab claws and then you're disappointed. But apart from that, I will definitely keep returning.

My husband and I visited this restaurant after reading reviews of it on here, and I must say we were very disappointed. We usually visit another Indian restaurant in Blacktown which we find absolutely wonderful, and we thought we would do the comparison. Well after the food we received, I haven't been back to St Mary's and we are still regulars at Blacktown.

The food we ordered was a vegetable packora, which was nice but dry. Our mains were very bland and watery. Comparing this place to our regular, we found a disliking to the frozen vegies used in the meal as instead of fresh ones and the gravy in the dishes was watery compared to what we are used to. I found the food quite spicy but without flavour, just the hot sensation from the chilli and nothing more.

Quite disappointing. We were provided with complimentary mango lassi's- they were nice but as my husband is allergic to nuts he couldn't drink his (it had pistachio's in it). Luckily I tried mine first and warned him. We did ask for no nuts in our dishes when we walked in, so they were aware. Also, we are big fans of cheese naan bread, their's was highly disappointing. It was very sweet. I like my bread more savoury. It might be a matter of preference, but our preference is to never go back. The menu prices are slightly cheaper then our preferred place in Blacktown, but I prefer quality over price.
