Sorry don't see what the hype was about. Wait 3 hours (!) to seat a table of 7. Their reservation system is a bit backwards, you can't book tables for more than 5 people?

The starters were Ok, but the squid was overcooked and rubbery. The highlight was probably the mushroom frittis.

The description of 'pasta heaven' next to my ravioli dish was an exaggeration. The pasta was undercooked (don't tell me it was al dente) and the sauce was overpowered with lemon. Another from the party had the same problem with their risotto.

Not worth it, find a place that will take reservations and be better value.

So much hype that just didn't deliver. There are much better Spanish options for a lot less around Sydney.

This place is a joke. First off, if you come in winter, expect to be blasted by the cold because they have french doors that dont close properly, and whenever anyone goes in an out you get an extra blast of cold air.

Second the service is a joke. Well at least from the bigger male waiter. We wanted to move from one of the tables near the entry cos we were freezing, and told the smaller male waiter (he was actually good) when a not as cold spot was available. When we then asked the bigger guy to wipe down our table, he gave us attitude saying 'Did you move from there? You should have told us'.

Third they dont operate on a first come, first served basis. After waiting 45 minutes for noodles, I saw that 2 couples that got there after us were being served! I had enough and went up to the (I think) owner and said just cancel our meals, we have waited long enough and we should have been served before them, we will pay for our drinks and go. His response was 'they ordered entrees, so they get theirs first'. Huh?!? He then said 'dont worry about paying, we will get that money back tonight anyway'. How arrogant. I paid anyway and left.

When we were waiting for our dishes, a table of 4 were eating their soup entrees and they were trying so hard to please them that they brought out their mains before they were even close to finishing them! When they eventually were finished, they were served the same dishes cold as if they had just left them sitting there! They kept going back and forth to this table, always asking for drinks and being extra attentive, when they didnt care about anyone else!

I will never go back there again and I will make sure no one I know will not either. They are so rude, prioritise tables that might be reviewers, push back those that dont order entrees, and think they can keep up their poor standard of service because they 'will make the money anyway'.

I have to disagree with the below. The food is below average. If you want great Thai go up the road to Namois. (No i dont work for them!)
