Went here for a late dinner on a Friday night at about 8:30 pm. When we arrived the restaurant was half full and there was a family sitting outside. We asked if we were still able to order and was so relieved when they said yes because we were starving. We were given a couple of menus and we were asked to order straight away because they were closing their kitchen at 9 pm. I didn't quite like the feeling of being rushed, but it didn't bother me too much.

What bothered me the most was while we were having our meal, the waitress put our bill on the table and told us they were going to close the register soon. We weren't sure if were suppose to get up and pay or babysit the bill until we finished. I thought it was rude and throughout the whole time it just seemed obvious that the waitress was ready to go home.

Anyway, food was okay. Food wasn't bursting with flavours. I could get better from a thai food outlet in the food court.

Flavours were awesome. One of the best thai restaurants in the hills. Ashame the meat isn't halal. It's usually packed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, so make sure you book.

We chose to eat here on Saturday because they had a newspaper article of their restaurant displayed on their window and it had some good reviews. We decided to have the 'Ghost Rara' curry with chicken briyani rice because everything else sounded like standard Indian food. Then flavours were beautiful except the temperature of the curry was not hot enough and it seemed like our plate had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. If my 2 year old had been there she would've been able to put her hand in it and not be worried by the temperature.

We ordered the briyani rice thinking that it would be mild but it heated our tongues and ruined the flavours of the curry. On the menu it didn't say med-hot and we were use to eating mild spiced briyani from other indian restaurants. Anyway, we ordered some plain rice to go along with our curry and when it came out it wasn't even steaming hot. It was probably just above room temperature.

When I spooned some rice into my plate I noticed some dried flakes attached to the rice which you sometimes find along the edge inside the rice cooker. The waitresses were lovely but we were still charged for the briyani rice after we told her that it did not say it was hot in the menu and we didn't end up eating it. The restaurant itself was very pleasant to sit in. Beautiful decor and lighting set the mood.
