Went here over queens bday long weekend, my partner and i were starving and it was the first place we saw so we went in. I ordered the Chicken Parmagiana and he ordered the Beef Lasagne, also ordered garlic breads and drinks too.
The food here is just like pub food, massive servings and good value, the food wasn't spectacular but for the price and serving it made up for it, it also came out fast too.
The service here though is Terrible, we got there at about 8.30 pm and it was somewhat quiet, I had to approach a waitress to take our order then our garlic bread we ordered came out like 5 minutes after, but we hadn't even received our drinks yet! I pointed this out and the waitress immediately brought us our drinks (with attitude), mains came out quickly too.
The waitresses here have a real attitude problem, rude, curt and abrupt, but I guess the food isn't bad value though so that makes up for their rudeness, but still I don't understand what their problem was, it wasn't even a busy saturday night!
The rudeness has not turned us off the place though, we would probably have no problem coming back here for a hearty meal next time we visit the mountains.

Found this little gem whilst waiting for our food at ogalo's. For those that love foreign cakes and pastries this place is for you, I purchased: chocolate dipped shortbread, custard filled mini cake (?) and their ricotta canolli and all but the canolli were exceptional.
The custard mini cake tasted super fresh and soft, the shortbread tasted also the same, so soft and the jam so gooey on the inside! Was not impressed with the canolli though, the cheese had a massive "lemon" flavour to it which kind of ruined it for me, but besides that it was nice I guess, wouldn't buy that one again.
Like the below post, I must agree the service there is very rude, I was the only one in there at the time and they made you feel like you have to hurry up your order even when no one else was in there. I also asked for a plastic bag and she gave me a weird look then a smirk. What the hell?
Besides the rude service though its defintely worth the visit for some fresh and tasty (and cheap!!) pastries and desserts - yum!

What can I say - very average! partner and I went here on easter sunday for dinner, we ordered the bruschetta, smoked salmon pasta and I ordered the chicken, avocado carbonara pasta dish.
The bruschetta was very average, definitely needed some garlic, something was missing in flavour to what I'm used to in bruschetta, however, the serving was a good size.
My pasta was terrible, first the waitress stuffed up my order when I asked for a creamy dish she brings out a tomato based chicken dish, when I asked if I can return it and get the creamy dish, it was like the kitchen staff was angry that I returned it and made a mess of the dish that finally came out, it had hardly no chicken (and it was that dry sandwich shop chicken they used in it too) or avocado in it, was supposed to have pinenuts in it too. I defintely didn't see a pine nut in there! Tasted super bland, would not order again.
However, I tried my partners salmon dish and it was super delicious, some have all the luck! Overall for the serving the value is good, but consistency seems to be an issue here, I would come again but be more wary of what I order next time, definitely not the chicken dish!

Went here for lunch with my partner on a rainy easter monday, perfect day to go because we were the only people in there pretty much the whole time, so service was fantastic like that. We ordered the garlic prawns, chicken caesar salad, supreme and hawaiian pizza and had the new york cheesecake for dessert.
The garlic prawns and salad were great, lots of prawns given compared to other places and, the chicken caesar was also one of the best I have ever had (I try to order one wherever I go!), but would have been better made with cos lettuce (it was made with mixed lettuce...).
The pizzas were good, not amazing but good, like other readers I did notice the "alcohol" taste in the tomato pizza sauce, weird but they still went down well.
Only downfall was the dessert, for the price it was super small, and actually looked like they just cut a piece of cake out from a frozen sara lee cheesecake ...? I mentioned this to partner and he suggested they may not have been able to provide the good stuff being easter long weekend and I am guessing it would be harder for them to keep fresh cheesecake over the holiday period? .. hmm ...
But besides the pint size, expensive dessert we had a great meal, its in a great location too, would go here again.

Went here with a friend for the first time on the weekend. Where to start! The restaurant itself is beautiful, great views and I loved the open-air seating we got on the balcony. The food and service, however, were a totally different experience.
We ordered the garlic pizza as entree, and the wild mushroom risotto and my friend ordered the pumpkin and feta ravioli as mains. The garlic pizza was disgusting, I've had better ones at my dodgy local take away place! It was extremely dry and tasted pretty much like flavoured cardboard, we only had a few pieces purely out of hunger, otherwise, we would have snubbed it completely.
My risotto was fantastic, very rich, creamy and cooked perfectly well. I tasted my friends ravioli and found it ok, it was nice but nothing outstanding. The serving size of the risotto was perfect but the ravioli serving was embarrassing, only a few bits of pasta put in the middle of the plate really!
Service was the worst, they were constantly acting as if they were in a rush when the restaurant was only half full, when you were able to catch your waiter tho they were friendly, but totally unhelpful and clueless when asked about certain items on the menu. Food and drinks came on time though which was good.
Overall, wouldn't come here again.
