After two recent meals I felt it time to make it known that the service at the Green Pearl is atrocious. The staff deliberately don't make eye contact and the food is slow to arrive at the table. I had to ask for a menu for the table, the drinks order was completely forgotten, I had to ask three times for fresh chilli then decided it was better to stand and wait at the servery until it was supplied. All up not a good experience and last time was the same. The setting is lovely, food is great although a little pricey, it's the staff that let this restaurant down badly.
