Overall a positive experience here. I made a booking for a large(ish) group for brunch on a public holiday. The staff members who I spoke when making the booking were friendly and helpful. It was very busy on the day of our booking but the two staff members taking care of our table were service orientated, and though busy they took our orders at just about the same time as we were ready to place them.

The time between placing our order and receiving our meals was a little long, but I didn't really notice the delay because we were a group with lots to talk about. Our meals were tasty, though on the small side. The food was fresh and I should mention at this point that the coffee was very, very good. A little expensive but a nice place to brunch.

I've been meaning to go to Eves for a while now, and the opportunity arose recently. Six of us caught up for a lazy weekend brunch at Eves just before Christmas, and we were not disappointed. Our meals were fresh and tasty, our special requests happily accommodated and the staff friendly. It was quite noisy and sometimes difficult to hear each other but on the morning we went the restaurant was at capacity. The prices are on the more expensive side. Overall a pleasant and positive dining experience. I'll be back.

Apparently The London Club is a place to go. I'm not sure why. We went for brunch, which was very pleasant but nothing to write home about. The food was fresh and service friendly. Overall it was nice and average. I'll probably visit again when I'm next in the neighbourhood.

We had an average dining experience. The food was just ok, the maitre d very, very pushy, and the wait staff a little disinterested. Given the competition in Lygon Street, I don’t think we’ll be back.

I loved my visit to the Republic Bar. We went for dinner, drinks and to see some live music. Our expectations were met and then some. The menu impresses and the meals do not disappoint, the produce was just so fresh and tasty. Great venue for a fun night out.

In the past I've recommended Groove Train as a great place for after work drinks or a meal but after a recent visit I won't be doing this anymore. Our meals were very ordinary and tasted as if they had come out of a packet rather than made fresh, service was reasonable unfriendly. Highly unlikely that I will return.

I always pay a visit to the Lindt Cafe when I'm in Sydney, it's a chocoholics dream. It's expensive but worth a visit, though the service is not the greatest. Try the melt-in-your-mouth delice with a long black, the combination of the divine sweet with the bitter coffee is just so good.

Had a fantastic pub lunch here, good quality produce, a mix of traditional pub meals with a few cafe type entries on the menu with friendly service. We were very, very happy with our choice, great food, great venue and a great price.

I can't remember when I have had a better Thai meal. The venue is welcoming, staff are friendly and the food so good it makes your toes curl. We dined in on a very busy Friday night and had such a wonderful experience with perfect service.
