This week my friends and I gathered for our annual Christmas dinner. 2 girls ordered "Filet Mignon Steaks". This turned out to be a Big Mistake. I was so cremated that she couldn't even cut through it, and it was sent back. The other was so off that putting a piece up to your nose was enough to kill you.

The senior staff was called over and declared he was not familiar with the dish to comment. 3 of us told him that the meat was absolutely off and if they served any more they would have a Rest. of very sick people.

Neither girl touched their side orders either with the steaks, however, we were charged for them. 1 girl re-ordered and we were told it would be about a 10 minutes wait. 45 minutes later she received her replacement meal. The poor girl whose meal was totally off was so repulsed by the taste in her mouth, plus the whole experience, she chose to sit and only sip water for the rest of the night.

We decided not to have dessert or coffee and when leaving they then proceeded to give us someone elses bill, which as you can imagine made our day. We wanted to use a discount voucher for the 3 meals that were eaten, and that was rejected by the senior staff and we were told to save it for next time. Believe us, there won't be a next time. Be warned friends, it stuffed our Christmas get-to-gether well and truly.
