Crinitis is a very lively restaurant with great food, and when you're there in the evening, its ambience makes you feel warm and cosy, (esp when they have the heaters on. However, the pricing was a bit on the expensive side and the waiters took a while to get to our table. Overall though, it was a great evening out.

One critical point was that the entrees were too large. Combined with a similarly large main meant a veeery full stomach by the middle of the main. Another was the state of the beef. Went with a few friends and most ordered medium rare. What we got in return was well done. It was the chewiest beef ever. Pricing was above average. Overall, wouldn't go back.

Food was absolutely delicious! However, the cost of each serve was quite expensive, and the minimum spending limit severely restricts people on a budget. Service was ok, except for the fact that most of the waiters could not communicate easily. There was no charisma to them. The ambience wasn't brilliant, nor was it a failure.

The entrance was hard to find, but other than that, the atmosphere was great. However, the meal seemed rushed because the waiters urged us to finish our meal quicker so guests waiting for seats could come and eat. The food was great, but missing a few elements such as the broth that usually comes with tempura. Service was not at its best, as waiters did not notice customers wanting to be served. Value was the best part of their restaurant, with cheap meals not exceeding $20, although their cake BYO policy for Birthdays are quite harsh, charging $2 pp.

The service was excellent, and entree came within around 5-10 mins after ordering. The waiters were friendly, and offered their services nicely. Small gestures (although considered standard in professional restaurants) such as asking whether their food and service was satisfactory heightens customer satisfaction. The occasional rounds with cracked pepper were great, and the atmosphere there was one of comfort and cosiness.

The time between entree and mains were enough for between course conversations, and not too long as to stir our attention. Costing was relatively affordable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Its general rating does not do this restaurant justice, and I highly recommend it.
