Went in for yum-cha lunch seeing that it is a new restaurant and expecting something good as the decor looks good, what a mistake! For 2 persons, we ordered 4 items and the waitress was rude...saying Only 4 items.
Now for the taste, the 1st dish that came was Not warm at all, it is supposed to be steamed buns and then fried, looks like old buns, shocking for a new restaurant, what a welcome, for the other dishes, at least it was made freshly and warm, ok taste but nothing to rave about.
Will Never go there again.

Quality and service has been going downhill. Saw person handling ice cubes with his hand to put into glasses. Found a hair in the dish of vegies and sent it back, no apology. Not going there anymore.

We like the pork steam bun so much! that is the highlight among everything.
Their noodle was just ok, fried rice was alright, some side dish tasted good (I like think drunken chicken and also mix entree). Steam pork with vegy was just so so, too dry and not really worth it.
One thing I don't like is their service, they were polite, however, too many people coming over to check on your order list and they just too eager to clean your empty plate (sometimes I only just picked up the last bit of food and not even put it to the mouth yet, there was already a hand reaching my empty plate, which was really really annoying).
I have been there several times, if I went with friends, usually we were talking and will not pay attention to this, however, sometimes I went there along for lunch and it was really unpleasant to be interrupted like this.

This place is more clean than the New Shanghai in lemon grove food court. The service is slightly better too. We ordered shanghai style rice cake with pork and vegy, it is very light and not too oily. Also steam pork bun, it is as good as din tai fung, except more salty here.
We also ordered pan fried pork dumplings, the taste is good but I think it is a bit oily and too crispy, not really what I like. I think next time I will try water boiled dumplings.

We went there because we have entertainment book coupon, buy one main get one main free. So hubby ordered mixed grill and I ordered surf and turf. In the mix grill, there is lamb, just ok, sausage, taste good, kangaroo meat, a bit dry, pork rib, too sweet! steak, very tender as we ordered medium. For my surf and turf: prawns - just ok. Not very good quality prawns, steak, very tender and juicy!
The value is good as we get one main for free. Next time if we go there we will only order steak.

We went there with spreet coupon, therefore, only paid $90 per person for the $180 set. The sashimi entree was quite fresh. Soup was ok, the main course is a piece of small wagy steak and lobster. The taste was good. But we think once is enough. Will not go back unless we have the discount or maybe next time we will try A La Carte.

We went there for Viva promotion (buy one main get one main free), the restaurant's deco is very nice and the service was good. We like "Vietnamese Campfire Beef " it was very interesting to see the thin slice of beef cooked on the wok fire. They also supplied enough lettuce for you to wrap the beef and enjoy.
As for Pavé de Porc, pork belly. It tasted a bit too sweet. I guess that is a vietnamese way. Forgot to mention about the entree, we ordered Escargots, they are really better than the little snail. I really like them! I ordered more bread to finish the sauce. It was so tasty! Will go back again soon.

We went there because friends recommend it. We ordered Hainan chicken and nasi gorang. The taste was a bit plain and our entree satay beef came way after we finished the 2 dishes. The wall looks a bit sticky and floor was not too clean, should be on the shame list. I would rather go to the malaysian restaurant in broadway. The food quality is better there.

We used to like this place when it was just opened. The portion is big and the design was good. It is creative to put a fish tank as a deco.
However, the recent visit we were a bit disappointed. We can see the mess inside of the counter, it was not too hygienic. One of the kitchen staff was pulling the garbage bin but I don't really see him washing his hands afterwards? We felt a bit turn off and won't go back again.

We have been there twice for dinner. Every time we had to queue 20-30 minutes because it is a small place and won't accept booking. Service was not too bad. They are japanese people and very polite and gentle.
As for food, the presentation is very nice and the taste is good. Just like those set meal in Japan. The sashimi set is really fresh. I also like the set of the day (grill miso fish and some side dishes). They also have good hygiene standard, plates are cleaned immediately after finish.
