My wife and I went there last Friday evening. They must have improved since the last reviews as we quite enjoyed the food. Service was quite brisk even though there were some large tables of people, bottle of water and glasses placed on the table straightaway. Coffee was quite smooth. We didn't have anything to complain about.

My wife and I recently went there for Sunday lunch. The place was crowded, but the staff managed to find us a table very quickly. This is our 3rd visit. The cafe is clean, the staff are friendly and actually look as though they enjoy working there (as compared to some other places we've been to). Food and service was good. This time I had the sizzling garlic prawns in a hot pot, absolutely to die for it was. We'll certainly be going back.

I went there recently. Really nice food, but service was lousy. I felt neglected and ignored, that nobody was interested. How long does it take to get a glass of water, if they'd just showed me where the tap was, I would've got it myself. No execuse for poor service these days.

My wife and I went there on Mon 2nd Jan 2012. The place was dirty. The tables hadn't been cleared when the previous customers had left, there were food scraps on the floor.

Service was poor, we had to wait almost an hour to get our mains as we looked at other tables who had come later than us got their mains, we thought they'd forgot about us. Overall a very poor dining experience. High priced food in dirty surroundings. Don't waste your time going here, go somewhere else, good service, reasonable priced food, friendly staff and clean and tidy surroundings.
