The food was delicious! We had an advance booking for 14 people and ordered the set banquet. There was plenty of food, cooked just right and well presented. The dips were delicious and seemed home-made and not store bought, Lamb was soft and juicy. Haloumi cheese was divine as was everything else served by our friendly waiters.

My only regret was that I ate too much and didn’t have room for any of the dessert! (Some of the group had the gelato and loved it). The ambience is interesting, modern, with a big open space and plenty of seating. It was a full-house and all the other diners there looked and sounded very happy too, we weren’t the loudest table!

We were so glad we chose Parea. Definitely one of the best Greek places in Sydney for a get together.

Okay, so I've eaten here a multiple times over the past three months, mainly because of its location, central church st and warm indoor seating.

Service is on the slow side but each time it has appeared to be under-staffed. Most staff don't seem very happy to be working there though. The food is reasonable, I have eaten breakfast here mainly. Usually the bacon and eggs with giant bread roll (ask for butter on the side unless you like it drenched). Don't bother drinking the pineapple juice as it tastes like a bad concentrate.
The pumpkin soup is ok but a bit like its from a tin. The Pavlova is to die for, we enjoyed it so much we ordered another.

The best thing about this place is that you know what you are going to get each time you go, as all of our food has been consistently the same.

A casual lunch experience. Great surrounding atmosphere. Nothing fancy about the setting or tables which were very tightly fit in to seat as many as possible.
The servings were generous. Lamb shanks delicious as was the salmon penne.
You could do coffee here and enjoy the atmosphere just the same.

Four of us Sydney-siders dined here this evening. We were all impressed by the service by our two waiters and Paris who were friendly and hospitable. The only negative of the evening was seeing one of the waitstaff being treated badly by their senior staff. Not appropriate or impressive. The meat was delicious (succulent!), the tarama and pita bread tasty and the horiatiki salad really fresh. Most likely the reason for the queue outside the door!

Thai Garden House is known to locals for its delicious meals at great prices. We hadn't been here in a while and were pleasantly surprised on a couple of improvements, including a new, friendly waiter and carafes of water being served without having to ask for it.

As usual, we were very pleased with the experience and the meals. Contrary to another review, the satay chicken was delicious, an excellent, rich sauce (we wanted more!) and succulent pieces of chicken.

Home-style breakfast for reasonable prices. Not a lot of variety on the breakfast menu though. Great value compared to other cafes on the strip.

What a gem. Had lunch here for the first time today with friends. Excellent food, (no boring cafe food here), very well priced, friendly service and a warm yet funky atmosphere. Seriously...Wow!

Definitely won't bother doing lunch here again. Two out of four of us were reasonably happy with our meal, though the service was lackin, with a pushy waitress and a ridiculous wait of over 50 minutes for our overpriced food. The best of the experience was the decor, which we had plenty of time to look at.

What a sensational night! 44 of us ate dinner for a Birthday on Saturday (set menu with excellent choices). We were not only impressed with the food (fresh, tasty and generous sizes) but were also very happy with the staff (who were polite and also very helpful with altering the menu to accommodate one with food allergies). The amibience, beautiful inside, tables nicely set and great music to compliment.
Thanks Tori and the Adria staff for an unforgettable night!
