Very poor staff, have no idea that customers are their bread and butter (pardon the pun). Products are very ordinary, considering how they promote their range. Prices are mediocre. The two vietnamese bakeries are better value for money, but don't have the range of product.

Not the greatest of service, in fact bad service. Food mediocre, very ordinary menu. Seating.. ho hum, coffee not too bad, would I visit there again, only if I could not get in anywhere else.

Pies tend to be a bit salty for me..but seafood and beef pie is great, use real steak chunks and use some imagination with the different types of pies (voodoo) for instance. Have simple, good and cheap breakfasts, coffee not bad, prices very good, could do with more seating, staff need to be taught how to treat customers and not dwell on their own personal problems, they are there to work, not mope around!

1 week since this review, and I had a surf and turf pie, expecting it to be as good as before but lo..no seafood in the pie, and they are dearer than the other pies. I called the senior staff over and said I have a minor complaint, as was promptly told, I'm not interested in complaints....very rude, and he's lost me as a customer. I suggest retail shop owners understand that we customers are their cash flow, and if they are rude as he was, realise why his sales are down.
