Great place, absolutely value for money, having no menu makes the dining experience more interesting! Make sure you carry your own booze, else you'll have to stick to the cheap 'house' wine.

We started off with some drinks and munchies down at the Charlie's bar, we had the entire table for ourselves as we were close to 12 people, the bar houses a wide variety of drinks to suit almost everyone.
The food (Wagyu Beef and Salmon) and wine (Holly's Garden Pinot Gris) were the highlight of the evening! The restaurant overall has a bar like feel but dishes out fine dining restaurant like food. It does get a little noisy on a Friday night because of its proximity to other restaurants in the lane. The place is quite reasonably priced and I'd definitely revisit when I get an opportunity.

Went there on a thursday evening after work with a couple of workmates. Food, I ordered the Lamb shanks, must admit one of the most succulent and juicy shanks I've ever had, the food portions aren't big, but the dishes are somewhat overpriced for the modest looking place.
Ambience - Would probably call it more of a beer barn than an eatery, however, the large warehouse hall and massive wooden furniture does add a old school touch to the place. Service - Nothing worth mentioning. Pale but prompt. Value - The mains could have been a little more reasonable like the beers and the wines.
Would I revisit? Yes, of the few places in Fitzroy which can accommodate cover 150 people without getting too chaotic, this one would be on the upper end of my list.

I went on a Tuesday night with some office colleagues, we all chose the Churrascaria menu. Food-ordered the calamari and scallops for starters they were well prepared, were one of the highlights of the course. The mains were unlimited in the Churrascaria menu, we sampled all of the meats and seafood.
I'd recommend to stick to the lamb, pork sausages and chicken. The fish ,beef, pork and calamari are simply not worth the space in my stomach. Desserts servings were larger than expected, but would definitely chose them over starters, recommend the black and white chocolate mousse. (in the Churrascaria menu, you have to chose if you want the starters or the dessert as the 2nd course).
Ambience-Classy decor, not very noisy, the LCD displays of the grilled meats kept you entertained! Service-We had a couple of wait our table, must all each one of them were equally courteous and prompt. Value-Great for half price, would definitely be disappointed paying full price for the same meal. Have to make a trip on the Tuesday to avail the discount though.
Will I go back again? Yes, definitely, only on a Tuesday though.

Food - We had the Soufra 5 course meal, well presented, excellent variety, very well prepared food. Ambience - I'd rate this restaurant as one of the top most for its ambience in Melbourne. Service - Well taken care of, excellent service. Value -Pricey eatery, but worth your hard earned money. Will I revisit? Yes, not very often though, I'd like to savour the previous visit.

Food - I ordered the Antipasto for Starters, Salmon for the mains, and Lemon tart for dessert, must say each course was well prepared, good proportioned, and very tasty. Ambience - A little dimly lit for, but the harbour views compensates for everything. Service - we had a very friendly girl wait us, excellent service. Value - Aptly priced for the serving sizes and location. Will I revisit? Absolutely! Highly recommended.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while strolling at Fed Sq. I'd reckon the best part of the restaurant is the location. Good Decor, pricey for the small servings, sluggish service. Would rank low value for the whats its worth. Nothing exceptional for a revisit.

This would be a cheaper buffet option to Sante's in the same complex, there's less variety and more chaos. Even though the price seems reasonable, I wouldn't recommend this establishment, I'd spend the extra $5-10 go to eat at Sante's any day.
