Overall, its the view that you go there for. If its busy the service is slow and can sit inside waiting going cold for the staff to deliver. If you don't get a seat outside, then the inside lacks any atmosphere, feels dirty, as if your in a back room even though its in the center of the cafe. Outside the sun can be rather hot, but its a lovely spot, especially in winter. The food used to be very good but I now find the menu has somewhat changed, in December 2010 I could not find anything suitable to choose and there was nothing on the menu for my 10 yr old daughter to eat. I refuse to make do, and order something when there is nothing on the menu I like, so we all left. It was disappointing cause I used to love the eggs benedict and the fruit yoghurt plate. But they were not on menu. Disappointing.

Dined her in Jan 2011 with a group on a Saturday night. We had organised to have the set menu, at 77/p which was very good value and the choices were a good mix for men & ladies of all tastes. A lovely atmosphere where we could all talk to one another - not noisy even though the restaurant was full. we were the last to leave and the Onda Bus was great as it had pickup us up and dropped us all home too, as we lived within the designated area. Lovely time would definitely recommend for all.

I dined here on Tuesday Evening 8th Feb 2011, very quiet although a week night. The service was friendly and prompt, however the food was horrible. The meals were dry and seemed as though the fillings and rice had been previously frozen and reheated, as too for the choc banana filled pastry for dessert. With just 2 mains, 2 desserts and a jug of non-alcoholic house cocktail mix the bill was $90, which is too expensive when the quality of the food is very bad. I had dined here in the past at least well over 12 months ago and I was good back then. Now the decor is tired and lacking any atmosphere. Would not recommend at all and will not return. Horrible.
