The Tea Rooms provided a welcome change from the norm which is always nice.

Friendly greeting, good table, good natured waitress, who was more than understanding when our 5th person was delayed by 30 minutes. We left more than satisfied following our Afternoon Tea and also curious as to what it will look like once the renovations will be complete. Recommended to try at least once.

Good/fresh food and friendly staff. Have noticed it tends to get a little overrun sometimes but has been worth the wait each time so far. Specifically the prawn salad, caesar salad and flourless cake have all impressed. (Updated) We have now visited Bellagio on a number of occasions, so am more than happy to upgrade our scoring for both the quality of the food and the service, which have been consistently high on every subsequent visit.

Have eaten here a number of times and have yet to be disappointed. Starters which have particularly impressed include Pork Belly, Scallops and Ocean Trout. Outstanding mains include the Pork, Sirloin, Duck and of course the Sausage and Mash! Very friendly and efficient staff and an enjoyable experience each time. Would recommend without hesitation.

We first visited midweek and enjoyed the welcome addition of some guitar accompaniment to the food being served. The other occasion was a Friday night - and on both occasions the food was excellent and the service good. Only reservation was the unnecessary speed with which our wine glasses kept being 'topped up' - in once instance following 2 mouthfuls! Will return.

You will find more authentic, cheaper food elsewhere but if you're looking for somewhere relaxed, with good atmosphere, great surroundings and pleasant staff then this is a definite option. Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 courses we ordered and will be back.

Good grub (for the price!), great beers and good selection of wines. Impressive bottle shop around the back. Haven't had any run-ins with the staff and really enjoy the atmosphere at match - time or just listening to some tunes on the Juke-box.

Woeful! The starter took a while to arrive and was followed within a few minutes by the main which was lumped onto the table at the expense of my cutlery. Hugely disappointing, dry ribs, cold starchy chips, slow disinterested service, expensive...I think you're getting the picture. I can't possibly recommend it. Never again.

Other than a slightly lukewarm reception, eveything from that moment was exceptional. The view, the degustation menu, the wines, the sommelier (a rare mix of being knowledgeable / friendly) and table service. A truly memorable dining experience.

What a fabulous restaurant. Delicious, fresh, flavoursome food. Friendly (and funny) staff. Wine list or byo. We were sorry when we had to leave - but had run out of things to order! We'll book again.

We did book again - and it was excellent. Hard to match a first visit which was so perfect, but with some new choices on the menu, the same vibrant atmosphere and pleasant service, this is a venue which we'd recommend without hesitation. Only danger is knowing when to stop ordering!
