The best Lebanese food this side of Beirut. And I've never been to Beirut, so Emads probably does much better food than you can get there as well. After all, they have all they need right here, the best chef/s and the highest quality and freshest ingredients you can get probably anywhere in the world.

I guess Indian is my favourite cuisine. Everywhere I go in the world, travelling a fair bit for business and occasionally for pleasure, I seem to end up at the local Indian place. So I've tried a few and so have a bit of experience to call on to rate a place, relatively. Bottom line: I have never discovered a place as good as Nody's. I'm talking about food here.

Ambience/decor/type of table cloths etc etc are all very nice, but I'd be happy to eat good food off the back of a truck, the quality of the food, to me, comes first, second, third, in terms of what's important about a restaurant. From the mixed platter entree to every main course and side I have ever tried there, scrumptious.

Quality of ingredients/freshness: 10/10. What the chef then does to these ingredients to produce his meals: 10/10. Value: 10/10. The ambience and decor and service etc etc are all fine. At least 7/10 and 10/10 on a good day. The owners, and the staff they hire, are the most considerate, attentive and genuinely friendly people you could hope to have looking after you in a restaurant. But the key point is, this place is world-class for food. End of story. Just noticed a review on here saying the worst Indian experience he/she had ever had.

70 minutes for food to arrive. Small serves and over-charged. Seriously, that is one very bitter person with one serious axe to grind. Weird, very weird.
