The restaurant was very dirty, cigarette butt on floor, needed a good vacuum, food very average compared to Saigon Bay in Sydney, that is 5 star. DIY very average, only one style lettuce, carrot and bean shoots no variety of lettuces, coriander, different fresh herbs, they didn't show you how to make the rice paper rolls, no sizzling plates made in the kitchen, if you want sizzling they plonk grill on your table without any instructions. Most of the food is chinese with a hint of vietnamese.
