This place disappoints. I am African American and this is not what cajun/creole food tastes like at all! And the service is the total worst, the waitresses are more occupied with flirty with their male co-workers than they are with doing their jobs. I don't see how this place is still running as every time I've gone there (and yes, I've given them a few chances), it's only been worse!

I went here for a Mother's Day brunch with my hubby and 1yr old, and surprisingly, there were other kids there as well (not so common in the smaller inner city cafes) and the staff were super friendly and accommodating (moving the tables and chairs a bit to fit the stroller in). The food was excellent, as well! I was very pleased and was raving about my special Mothers Day brunch to my girlfriends for weeks.
