We flew in from Sydney and headed straight to this highly recommended eatery. I was very pleased with my first experience of Cutler & Co, the food is exquisite and you can taste the chef's love and dedication to his creations. Waiters are friendly and accommodating of our requests. The only downside with this eatery is the acoustics, it was a friday night and I could barely discern what my partner was saying let alone the diner sitting next to us. So while my stomach was satisfied, my ears were burning with the intensity of the noise from all the chatter!

I have to wonder whether the author of The SMH Good Food Guide 2011 was too generous or too polite in the appraisal of this turkish restaurant. As a food critique I was utterly disappointed with the whole experience of dining at Ottoman Cuisine. The food is tolerable which is no complement but I have to say the over-sized serving portions and the uninspiring nature of the cuisine is a major disappointment. The waiting staff are no better, if not absent-minded at times. I was surprised that the menu had not been updated when the waiter replied to me that the dish I selected had been retired from the menu a couple of months ago... how hard is it to update a menu? That question is for the management team.

The food here does no justice to French cuisine. We opted for the 3 course, fixed price menu. Our meals were tasteless and uninspiring and bordering on contemptuous. While the servings are generous, I would say too generous, they are not appropriate for a French restaurant. I love my French food but cannot recommend this local diner given it's poor offering.

We've been regulars at this Neutral Bay Japanese establishment since 2007. If you're looking for good quality, traditional-style Japanese food on the North Shore then you cannot avoid looking past this place. The food is exquisite and the service is very warm and welcoming. Ricky is a magnificent host.

We went here on a Saturday night looking for a memorable dining experience and came away disappointed. The food is wanting and would suit anyone looking for cafe-style cuisine. The decor is in need of a desperate makeover! All in all, we do not recommend this place, for now!

To cut straight to the point, this restaurant needs improvement from service to quality of food. We ordered a prawn Thai curry dish from the menu and instead of fresh prawns being used in the dish, we suspected the prawns had been de-frosted from their frozen state. We confronted the restaurant senior staff about frozen prawns being used in our dish and received a "so what" response as frozen prawns have always been used in the curry dish.

Well, sadly frozen prawns are poor in taste and should not be used in a place that calls itself a restaurant! There are much better Thai restaurants in Adelaide than this one.

Really this restaurant is pitched up for the unsuspecting tourist and inter-state traveller. As regular diners at other Indian establishments in the Crows Nest area, we found the food to be very ordinary and also very expensive at Zaaffran by comparison. If you know and love your Indian food then Zaaffran is not the place to satisfy your Indian tastes.

Expensive place for a cup of coffee, albeit coffee like anywhere else with a decent barista! The major thing that put us off about this place was witnessing the handling of food. Basic rule of any cafe is Do Not handle or prepare sandwiches with bare hands. A big no no that should be stopped!

The food and service at Longrain Sydney is outstanding. One of our favourite Sydney restaurants. Friendly and prompt service, generous servings of great quality food! Unfortunately, it's Melbourne counterpart is worlds apart in service and quality of food. If you love that nutty brown rice they serve at Longrain Sydney, well they don't even serve it at Longrain Melbourne. And don't ask for brown rice at Longrain Melbourne as the waiters will serve you a dish of rudeness and disgust for asking.
