If I had read the recent reviews, I probably wouldn't have gone here, which would have been a shame. The place is far from perfect, but my experience was nothing like some of these rather scathing reviews. Carpaccio was delicious, slow cooked lamb was very good, service was nice. Bread rolls very below average given Sydney's best bakery is down the road, and $1.00 each, would expect better. Nice atmosphere, very clean. Wouldn't rush in, but wouldn't avoid it either.

You can't always believe the hype of a new star restaurant, ie Jamie's Italian, but with this one you can! Best Greek salad I've ever had, and I can not wait to go back and have the lamb again, delicious, great service even though they are always so busy. It's hard to get in, but time it well and you should be ok.

I don't like to give bad reviews when I can see they are trying, which they are, but it really wasn't very good. If you were a fan of travelodge restaurants in the 80's you will probably love it! Not a very appealing menu, some of the items were terrible like the rosti, silly presentation on gigantic plates and haphazard although friendly service.

The bread was probably the worst I've ever been given in any restaurant, cheap, cold, dry. I would suggest they change it. The fillet was very nice and cooked as ordered, so not all bad.

Big fan of Aria, was looking forward to this one, while waiting for my guest, many waiters went past me, no one offered me a drink, it actually took 25 minutes from arrival to finally get a drink, and no they weren't under staffed, just inattentive. I know it's new so I guess this will improve. Didn't like the menu much or any of the dishes we ordered except the flat bread which was delicious. Friends went and loved the lamb, so give it a try.

Big fan of Ormeggio , go there instead ! Nice enough space , although you still know your in a shopping centre , biggest disappointment was the slow roasted lamb , extremely small portion $37.00 and at least 30% gristle, and no comment by wait staff when they saw it left on the plate . Slow roast pork was good , but also very small 2 small circles , also $37.00 .

Really enjoyed every dish, you can tell its prepared by someone that not only knows how to cook, but actually cares about what they put on the plate, nice service without being annoying, great menu knowledge. Have some home made focaccia, it's a bit small, so order 2, it's well worth it! The biggest problem facing most restaurants is consistency, I'm looking forward to heading back for lunch next week, so will keep you updated!

Don't go based on my last review, but check it out if you like. Disappointed!

As a big fan of sopra, I was really looking forward to coming here, overall a bit disappointed, nothing was terrible, except the hot chocolate which was disgusting! Menu has a lot of the favorites from sopra, but nothing much new. It's very small, quite nice atmosphere, service a bit average. Probably won't hurry back, but also won't avoid all together.

Friends wanted to go, so I went back and was much more impressed this time, food was excellent, liked the service, the biggest difference in the food here compared to Sopra is the obvious extra care taken on each dish.

I usually come up with something that wasn't great so that I don't give all 10's, but couldn't fault lunch here, the room is comfortable and warm, the food was amazing, some unusual combinations and flavors but without being too pretentious or unaccessible, and they all work. Presentation was faultless on every dish, home made bread with home churned butter, delicious. Our waiter was personable, knowledgeable and engaging, couldn't ask for more. I can't wait to go back, my only concern is can it be just as good next time?

Looking at the long queue, my little review won't make a scrap of difference to the success of this one, and good luck to them! If you're checking these reviews to see if you should go or not, I would say not. Very noisy, average to below average food, below average service, nothing special here at all. Only thing I'm happy about is we didn't have to wait for a table, I would have been very annoyed if I had to wait for this experience. Check it out if you must, but don't have high expectations.

I've been to some of the other moo restaurants a few times and always enjoy it, I didn't know they opened in Manly until I saw the sign from the beach! This one has the best view of the beach ever! We sat on the upper balcony, they have 2, very sunny and a nice breeze, the Furnature is awesome, the burgers were delicious, I tried the kangaroo burger with beetroot relish, it must be new, I don't remember seeing it at the other stores. We all shared some of those amazing chips with home made aioli, yum! I wouldn't call it cheap, but you get what you pay for. Will definitely be back over summer!
