Went on a weeknight with no booking, seated immediately, certainly not full during the night. Try the rekon chips great starter.

Food was well presented and fresh without long wait between courses. Stand out definitely was the staff, great attentiveness without being annoying. Would recommend and go again although large group may make it pricey. Overall $80 for 2 people was fairly average.

Arrived later on a Sun just as they were commencing to close. However they were happy to let the group of remain and order. Bomus point for that. Food was great, cooked well and well presented.

Great japanese food! very friendly attentive staff providing good service without hovering. Staff offered sugestions and explanations when asked without the 'done this so many times before' attitude that you can get at other places. The wine was also reasonably priced even though it was a byo. Certainly would and have recommended this place to others.

Great cocktail list! Went on a Friday night with a couple of friends to check out the food and drinks as I had heard this place was good, very busy place. Took a while to be served, and I asked the bar person what sort of time we would be looking at for food to be served, kudos to her for being honest and saying to give the food a miss and try the cocktails.

We did so and had a couple of really well made and well priced drinks. Did not mind at all going else where for a meal and certainly would recommend this place to all friends. Great atmosphere and the patrons here were friendly considering it was Friday night.

Arrived with a friend a little earlier than the norm for this area, however, was greeted with a smile and promptly. Food was served hot and was fantastic, a little rich for some but French is always a favorite of mine. Good choice of selections and we decided to go for entree and main, food to kill for. No long wait between courses and waiter was attentive without being interruptive. Have been here a few times, this place is always consistent with the food and service. Also gave me a chance to practice my french!

Went on a week night. The service was little slow considering there was very few diners. However, this was made up with the food. Well cooked and nicely presented. Decor is very dated but this adds to the experience and the charm. Would go again and happy to recommend.

Checked this one out on a Saturday night, not a good idea. They do not take bookings so we just had to wait till a table was free. Luckily was only three of us so only waited bout 20 minutes. Ambience, what ambience. Lots of very loud talking people so not good if you want a quiet romantic place. Food was very good, tried lots of small dishes to test. Would return but only during the week. Service was very average, continually had to search for wait staff.
