The senior staff/Waiter reminded me of soup nazi on Seinfield. He was rude and impatient. He refused to go down the stairs to retrieve the dessert menu on request stating we had opportunity when we viewed menu at the beginning of the night.

Instead to our amazement, regurgitated the dessert menu he had supposedly memorized. We were bewildered and astonished by the unfriendliness and arrogance of this gentleman. The Risotto was terribly dry and tasted like rice soaked in chicken stock but because I was hungry I ate it. We were not offered refreshments when it was obvious bottles were finished.

The tables were partially cleaned after meals. When a young female waitress was clearing the table she removed 2 large pizzas which had 2 slices missing from each with intention to throw out. If I didn't stop her and ask her to box it she had no intention on doing so. If service was decent, I would have considered returning.
