Started off the night by being shown the window seat in the private dining room. Unbelievable views over the city and great for intimate dining. Had the Epicurious Degustation menu. Couldn't fault a dish. They were all superb. Just wish I hadn't filled up so much on the complimentary bread! The stand out dish of the night was the duck. Amazing and a must have. Rich and flavoursome was the ultimate main.
Overall service was lovely. Really nice and super professional. A definite must do if you're in the area or want to impress.

Had a team lunch here and was really surprised at the quality of this restaurant. Very generous helpings for all the dishes that were ordered. Prices were low for what I received which was a surprise. I had the club sandwich and it was enourmous. I left nearly half on the plate.
The only downfall was that the bacon/ham was not cooked it was just put in without it being grilled. Kinda was disappointed with that. Really spacious and good atmosphere I can't wait to try some more of their menu!

Dined here early and it was busy within minutes. Lots of tables which meant not much privacy as we were well within hearing range of the table next to us. Beef Teriyaki was really nice and flavoursome and some hand rolls which although were made in an open kitchen really had no flavour. Long wait to flag down a waiter to take out order and even longer to get out bill. We gave up and just stood at the register for service instead.
Not exactly what I was expecting from a Japanese restaurant as I have gone for far better for less. Really noisy and loud because of the amount of patrons packed in.

We just came here for after dinner drinks only. Big menu of cocktails with classics and some new refreshing ones. Roller Pisco was outstanding as was the Ghettoblaster Front bar is great for people watching but you really want to get to the courtyard for the great beachy vibe. Really good on warm nights

Really great atmosphere. Very laidback and on trend for the great location. Although hidden, I didn't expect to see that many people in there. While I didn't have breakfast there it did look amazing as it came out of the kitchen. Great coffee. Love the takeaway moustache coffee cups. Definitely take time out to check it out.

Decided to dine at the Shark Hotel venue mainly to try the famous fried ice cream but also had a meal before. Had the soft shell crab and the thai beef salad with a pineapple shake. The shake was amazing, soft shell crab very tasty but a small serving and the thai beef salad was very hot. A friend ate the tiger beef salad and was practically inedible because it was so hot.
Fried ice cream was worth the wait. Flaky pastry, great toasted coconut accompaniment. Really worth trying it out. I was only disappointed at the price for such small servings. Dishes can't be shared with more than two people. Will come back again.

I can't believe I have not come here before. This little gem ha opened here for a few years and serves beautiful indo food. Lovely decor and great atmosphere. Plenty of locals where eating out. Had the recommended lemongrass chicken with coconut rice and beef rendang. Really great flavours and not too overwhelming for my palate. We made a good choice with our picks. Great selection of sweets at the counter as well what looked like different types of chips already pre packed for you. Could not believe the price under $25 for two? Took the receipt just in case no one believed me! I'm already planning on coming back to show this place off!

First time going to Ayam Goreng and I was a little underwhelmed, not a very large menu. One side looked like all soups and the other were cooked meals. Had the ayam bakar, very dry, satay sticks-had too much watered down peanut butter on top it was swimming in it and the egg noodles were really nice and plenty of it. Decor not much to talk about. Overall, a really cheap eat but come early to avoid the crowds.

Ate in at the restaurant on an early Sunday afternoon. Had a great chicken stirfry. All the meals were actually very tasty and the servings were generous. The only thing I can say is that it is quite expensive. $22 for a stir fry is a bit much. But I would come back again to try something different.

I dined here using a voucher for the 11 course degustation. Although the first 6 courses came on the smae plate I thought it was okay. I thought the volcano rolls looked like a mess when it was brought to the table. Alaskan crab was not good at all. Completely bland and stringy,i left pretty much the entire thing there. The Wagyu was a joke. as previous reviewers have stated it was not hot enough and a peice of fat was used to oil it. Dessert was really small. I understand why people would be quite mad if they were paying full price and even at the voucher price I was not pleased. I hope they realise they need to lift up their game.
