I have been eating at To's for years from the days when they were in Milson's Point. Their Prawn Mee is my favourite, their Laksa is also excellent. Irene, the owner is always welcoming and the atmosphere is cheap and cheerful but warm and inviting! I just wish they were open for dinner!
