Had dinner with my family. Ordered 3 dishes but left after the second dish. The service was very poor and we waited ages for the dishes to arrive, by which time our rice was cold and we lost our appetite. Worst of all, the kitchen staff can't cook. The 2 dishes we had were very basic and common Chinese dishes. The kitchen staff can't even get them right.

The place was, however, packed with people, many of them are tourists like me I suspect. Wonder why they call themselves chefs gallery. They are so lucky because they are doing good business because of the location and has no chance of surviving if they ever come to Melbourne.

I agree with previous comments. Portions are big and great value for money. I was recommended to eat here and I was not disappointed along with the other 8 people I'd made a booking for. Its small but the food makes up for it. You won't be disappointed.

I was recommended this place by the receptionist at the Hilton were I was staying. Nice and cool place, I love the outdoor area, the way they blended the indoor and outdoor with the leather lounges which are extremely cosy and comfortable. I tried haloumi bruschetta (very trendy way of serving) and for the main I had Cevapi (Mediterranean style meatballs) perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. Definitely a Melbournian cafe style in Sydney. Great coffee btw! I'll definitely be back.

Great food from this little suburban restaurant. The food was flavoursome and we were given very generous servings. The waitstaff were shy but very attentive. I will return here to either dine in or take away.

I recently booked our staff party here for just over 20 people. We were all very satisfied with the food and quantity. Absolutely delicious - haven't had Indian that nice since I lived in London. The service was pretty good. The wait staff were very efficient (even if they weren't to friendly and didn't smile much). They even provided 3 separate bills for the table as we ordered in groups. I will definitely return to this scrumptious Indian restaurant.

I absolutely love this place. I went to have dinner here, and I was very impressed with everything. The waitstaff are very friendly and accommodating, the food is absolutely divine and the ambience is very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back to dine!

The service was great and the staff really made us feel welcome. We all had a great time and didn't want to leave. My Spanish friend really enjoyed her birthday party and said the food made her home sick. Thankyou for a great night.

Came of a very busy Saturday night and waited some time of be seated. Booked for outside but were lucky to get a table inside. Must say the wait staff were doing the best they possibly could considering the amount of people. In saying this the food was absolutely excellent and I am not surprised they were fully booked. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and go back, maybe during the week would be good.
