Who can believe an average sized cup of coffee would be $5.00. Such a rip off. Better to go across the road and get one for $3.50. The only thing special about this place are the old wall panels and booths. Service sucked staff seemed like taking your order was spoiling their day. Also wanted $9.50 for a jam tart you'd pick up at the local bakery for $2.50. Save your money for somewhere else.

We live at Dulwich Hill and can either use this Mancini's or the one at Dulwich Hill. I have to say the Summer Hill one gives better service and have a better layout. I would have rated the Dulwich Hill one as all rounds awful, but they don't have a listing. And there's no wonder why. It would probably be all negative negative negative.

The food is always cold. If you ask for it to be reheated they give you attitude. Half the problem is the arguments happening in the kitchen while your dinner is sitting waiting for someone to deliver it.

We've gone into an almost empty restaurant before and either been put right next to the kitchen door or near the toilet door. When asking to be moved there is either an excuse why it can't be done, or the waiter will do so with a scowl on their face.

Summer Hill seems more a restaurant and the home deliveries can be slow. Dulwich Hill seems more concerned with their home deliveries. You can get meals delivered quickly, but mostly they always forget the drinks, gelato or we've even ordered a gourmet Satay Chicken and ended up with a Potato Pizza!!!

The best Mancini's has to be Belmore. We've never had a problem with them and use them for work lunches a lot.

Dulwich Hill - 1/10
Summer Hill - 6/10
Belfiled - 10/10
