Had breakfast here this morning and had a beautiful dish. All of us were happy with our choices. It was fairly quiet this morning so the service was good enough, though I did have to ask for my coffee which was supposed to come out with my breakfast. It came out once I had finished my meal after I reminded them. Having said that though we would probably go back again.

I've just come back from this restaurant and my friend and I really enjoyed the meals. We were using a voucher but that didn't matter to the staff at all. They were so attentive and friendly. The restaurant got quite busy but they still had time to attend to all their customers. Highly recommended as this place not only has great food but also fantastic service.

We went with a voucher last night and really enjoyed our meals. Even though we had the deal, we were treated no differently to ordinary guests. The only downfall was that they didn't have any duck left, which is a bit hard to believe given that they have two meals with duck on the menu.

I agree that they don't answer their phones and don't confirm email bookings at all. This made it difficult to make the booking in the first place but I took a print out of my email to ensure that we got in. Good experience on the night and really good service.

This place was really busy when we went on Friday night but I agree with thelittledoor's review about the waiter. We must have had the same guy and he was so rude, pushing into the guests to get to the plates. I had my arm around my chair and at one point he even pushed against me without a care in the world! I then squeezed my arm out and he made no apology whatsoever. He was not courteous towards his guests at all.

The only reason we chose this place is because we had the entertainment book but the food is pretty ordinary, and the waiter has certainly put me off going back there ever again.

We went with a voucher on a Thursday night. There were only about 3 or 4 groups of people so not terribly busy. The food came out pretty quickly but after we were fed, they pretty much left us alone. They didn't even come over to see if there was anything else we needed. I agree with some of the comments on here that while the food is very nice, it comes out lukewarm. That's not acceptable in any restaurant in my view. I would think twice before going back for the lack of service and the fact that the food isn't hot when it arrives on the table.

Went with a voucher on Tuesday night with Jewfish (who has also reviewed this restaurant). Beautiful food and fantastic service. The fish dumplings were really yummy. Can't wait to go again.

We went for a work dinner on Monday night. I had been to Olivo before but it was a while ago. On this night, we had a great time. They lady that looked after us was really attentive, and at the end when a lot of us wanted a shot of frangelico without the affogato that it normally came with, she quickly obliged. I loved the chicken fillet that I had and I don't think anyone had a bad thing to say about their meals. They all looked beautiful.

Went for breakfast at this restaurant for the second time yesterday and once again had a bad experience. This time I got the pancakes and they were so dry with no maple syrup. My friend had scrambled eggs and they were brown, not yellow as they should be. Her bread was also dry and she had to ask for butter. Our coffees were served without any sugar either.

As part of the deal we were also supposed to receive drink vouchers to use at their location on a Saturday night. Once again, they were not offered.

Steer clear of this restaurant at all costs. It's not worth it.

This place has great hot chocolate! I've been a few times now and have found that I crave a hot chocolate after a while. My only complaint is that it is sooooo hot inside. They really need to have a look at air conditioning, especially in the lead up to summer.

We went to Bundu Khan last night with the Cudo voucher. The restaurant was very, very quiet, and I felt sorry for them because they are close to another more popular Indian restaurant. Needless to say, the food was nice and the service ws outstanding (probably cos we were the only ones there for a while). Some people came later on which was pleasing to see. Not a bad restaurant.
