Went there with a voucher and will not return to pay full price. Got seated by the waitress pointing at the table that had not been cleaned yet sat down and I had to ask for service 20 minutes later as there weren't enough staff, she cleaned it with a sour puss face and took her notepad out to take our order only to realize we didn't have a menu. Drinks came first which had about 50 tablespoons of sugar and food was something I could cook at home with a fry pan and a toaster.

The food is so delicious and what you're paying for is what you expect with such high quality food. The staff are attentive and polite. Very clean place and the decor is stunning. Keep coming back. Craving their salt and pepper squid right as we speak.

I love this place! I can not brag about this place anymore. The price is cheap yet the quality is perfect and they give you what you ask for. They make you feel comfortable by giving you a magazine while waiting and asking if you want tea or coffee, even while washing your hair he will ask you if the water temperature okay for you? Awesome place. I keep coming back!

I brought a voucher for a full hair colour, blow dry, style cut and treatment.
I told them the colour I wanted and told me I had to pay extra $99 as they would have to do more to my hair as it was darker, after that while waiting for my hair to bleach the girls never give me a magazine I had to walk over to get it myself.

When getting a style cut they gave me a trim that didn't make a difference. While getting my hair washed they put water all down my back and wetting my shirt. They never offered my treatment so I asked for it and what they gave me was a conditioner and just put it in for longer.

Overall the experience was the worse experience ever and to make matters worse my appointment was at 11am and left at 5pm. 6 hours of my life wasted and in the end my hair looked average. People will think Paris wow but no they make Paris look bad!

I brought a voucher for $99 claiming it loses stubborn fat and takes away your cellulite.
When I tried to call the number as stated by them there was never an answer. When I would message the mobile number they provided they never replied.

When I finally did reach them and made a booking the customer service was awful! The receptionist didn't know how to smile and overall the atmosphere and vibe the girls gave me were rude and thought they were too good for anyone.

They made me feel uncomfortable while getting the treatment and yet still tried to up sell to me their creams they had. I did not see any results whatsoever. Worse experience of my life!
