This place had high ceilings. However, it has that old sweating gym smell to it. It was also dark inside at nighttime with the purple and green coloured walls. Not really a pleasant place to work out at compared with a newer place.

Ingredients are fresh and surprisingly good value for money for the area.
Chicken, avocado and tomato sandwich was about $6. Steak sandwich with lettuce, tomato, beetroot was $10.

Great sandwich shop. Nice and clean inside. Fresh ingredients and generous amounts of filling. Good value too. Makes a change from some of the overpriced places in the tourist area around Millers Point and Walsh Bay. On a sunny day it is quite pleasant to sit outside on the tables or stroll and eat on observatory hill.

This is a little hidden gem in an overpriced area. They sell chicken shawarma rolls for $9 but it isn't on the menu, you just have to know they sell it. Generous portions of meat with tabouli wrapped in Lebanese bread. Lamb shish rolls are $10. Friendly service and million dollar views as well.

Ordered a steak sandwich and I couldn't believe how stingy the filling was. I was expecting at least a minute steak. What I got was a 3mm slither of meat that was put through a slicer. Total rip off.

This place gives me the creeps. It's located opposite Ashfield station but it is dark at night. The gym is split over 2 floors so not overly convenient. At least the walls and ceiling are painted white so inside in bright.

I didn't even bother working out here. I got back into the car and drove to another branch.

Spread over 2 shops this place promotes itself as gluten free. Only place in the Rocks I know of that has fresh juices. Has kebabs in one shop and salads and quiches in the other shop where the fruit and yoghurt is.

An affordable little eating place for those who work in the area. I normally get the Chicken burger on a brown bun with no sauce. Chicken fillet is pre cook but still taste good.

The pattie in the beef burger looked a bit small.

This place use to be a car stereo garage. Has high ceilings and they appear to be expanding having knocked down a wall into the next shop.

The unique thing about this place is the plate loaded hammer strength iso lateral delt machine. None of the other branches has a lateral delt raise machine.

The area of improvement is that there seems to be a constant shortage of plates for all the equipment. It might be ok if the place isn't too busy but would be a pain if it was full capacity.

There is also limited parking at this place but not as bad as Neutral Bay.

This place has relatively affordable Japanese food for the area. If you work in the area then it's a good option.
