Had dinner here on a Friday night, spur of the moment thing. Was packed out - we thought it was way too noisy!! However the service was excellent! Maybe the best service I've experienced in Brisbane... our waiter was on hand within minutes of us needing attention, we were very impressed! As for the food, although it is expensive we both enjoyed our meals and felt that it was worth the price for good food and great service. Only complaint really is the noise but it might be better on a different night of the week.

Have been here many times for coffee, seems to be quite popular and I can see why! Coffee is really good, I always get the High Duck which is a croissant with avo, tomato, ham, cheese and fresh basil: it is delicious! Probably my favourite food item there... and only $8. Was dissappointed once when my friend was told they had no gluten free bread for her meal, and was not offered any price decrease or substitute... but otherwise it's great.

Pizza's are always delicious, have tried some of the pasta dishes as well and these were also good. If you want something a bit different from the usual pizza joint then I'd recommend giving it a try. Pizza toppings include things such as gorgonzola, proscuitto, potato- I did not think they were stingy with topping at all. Also service has always been excellent when I've visited.

When I first moved to Dutton park 3 years ago this place was a lot better in my opinion. However the fish is fresh and I really like the quality of the fish in the out the back market as well. Seems to have changed hands a couple of times, have had some pretty average meals for dinner and it's not cheap. Usually if there's snapper or barramundi it will be good though. Avoid the calamari as it's not great quality.

Nice ambience, service was a little slow and it gets quite packed out on the weekends. I had the Swordfish main which was nice but a little dry. Tried my friends chicken and beef dishes which were also ok but nothing special. For this reason I thought it was a bit overpriced. I might consider going back but not in a hurry to.

Been here many times. Great food! Only complaint is it is quite pricey for what you get. I think it's better to go with around 4 people than just 2. Last time I went with my boyfriend it cost us $121 (the wagu main itself is about $40 but it is delicious!). If you don't mind spending a bit of money for good quality Japanese food then I'd recommend it. Staff are friendly and service was good although sometimes you have to get their attention if they are busy.

Another restaurant in brisbane where I don't understand how it is constantly packed with people.

Went with a big group of friends, got the dips and haloumi to start with which were nice enough. Main was stuffed capsicum and vegetables which had way too little meat and way too much spice and rice. Actually tasted bad and I didn't finish it. Two other friends who had the same thing agreed that it wasn't very nice. Also people keep pushing past our table which was really annoying as they made the seating too cramped. Definitely not going back!

Nice little place, I really liked the setting. Staff were not as attentive as I would expect in a place of this price though we were the youngest people there so that may have had something to do with it(?). Good for a special occasion, I went for my birthday and really enjoyed it. We got the romantic degustation for 2 with matching wines which was really delicious and about $110 a head. I'd recommend to give it a try and I'd go back myself if I wanted a special treat.

I don't understand how this place is always packed out. Went at 7 on a saturday night and were told the food would be a bit of a wait... waited for an hour for one share plate main, which for $63 was really just barbecued meats and a few sauces. Cooked ok (lamb was a little overdone) but not worth the price, could do similar at home for much less $$. Best thing I had was the $3 turkish delight and the mint choc chai tea after our meals. Also very understaffed although staff were friendly enough. Wouldn't bother going back!

Had a meal here last week, meatball entree was nice but a little disappointing. Lamb shoulder main was tender and paired with a delicious sauce, partner's pork was nice but not great. Meal sizes were quite small for the price! Had the brownie for dessert which was very yummy! Cool atmosphere and friendly staff.
