The rating totals on Eatability are not a simple average of reviewers' ratings.
We filter the raw data to combat 'vote stuffing' by people who don't participate fairly and are more interested
in changing the rating of a business than giving their honest review of it.
We don't explain exactly how our ratings are calculated because:
1. It involves a lot of maths and we don't want to bore you.
2. It will only encourage the vote stuffers.
We work hard to accurately represent the opinions of our reviewers.
