Flooded with natural light during the day and filled with soft candlelight at night, C Grill offers the ideal combination of a stylish and inviting dining room, accomplished food and perceptive service. Taking inspiration from the informal style of the world’s most famous grill restaurants, C Grill’s menu is specifically developed to highlight the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients available throughout Australia. Highlights from Peter’s simple yet thoughtful menu are the signature prime cuts of beef charred to perfection, as well as starters, salads, plates to share and desserts.
The kitchen will create a buzz of activity to complement the menu, with sizzling meat and fish hot off the grill presented to diners on charcoal boards.

After rating Samuels in Thirroul number 1 for the Wollongong area this randomly chosen venue came as a big surprise. Although the place is not as warm and cosy, the rest: service, menu and food quality are just as good.
The barramundi melted in the mouth and the texture of the beans was delightful and not overpowering. Steaks just perfect. Mushrooms - lovely lightly sour flavour. The “death by chocolate" easily serves 4 people and the quality matches the quantity. Customer service - outstanding.

Went there for our anniversary and we were expecting a higher standard in terms of ambience and food based on prices and it being in the "nicest" hotel in Wollongong.
Service was good but ambience was a bit gold and the restaurant was basically just the breakfast buffet room. Only issue with service was that the staff started packing away the tableware on tables not being used at 9am when there were still plenty of people eating.
Worst part was the overcooked meat. Ordered the wagu and mixed grill medium and both were very well done that we could hardly cut through the meat. It was a shame after 2 lovely entree's. One other complaint is having to pay a surcharge for credit especially when the bill is so high already.

Staying at the hotel we booked here for dinner more for the convenience. To our delight it was brilliant. Service could not have been any better. They were happy to customise a few dishes to suit our needs.
As for the food, it was good but parts could have been better. Steaks were all great, but the big disappointment is the recommended Bombe Alaska for dessert. The frozen fruit it contained ruined the meringue and sponge, as it should have had more ice cream, but this is my opinion.
Overall it was a good dinner.
