Really standard cafe, simple and to the point. Don't expect much from food or service but not bad at all. Cappuccino with the chocolates shavings is their saving grace.

Coffee is perfect and service is great. Breakfast menu is good value for money, food was good but nothing exciting... Came out Luke warm.

Went here yesterday for lunch. It was nice but the decor is a bit off putting. The floor was filthy and dirty dishes were piling up near the kitchen and close to where we were seated. While the food was good, the outlook of the place made it less appealing to be at.

Went with 2 colleagues to Zoes for lunch. Had the reuben Sandwith with Wagyu beef. I'm normally not a fan of sauerkraut but it worked beautifully with the sandwich, absolutely delicious. One of the guys ate the Mante risotto, which I tried as well, fantastic but just a touch more salt would have made it perfect. My other colleague had the beef burger with caramelised onion, which I've had before and its a strong favourite. Great friendly atmosphere and a little cheeky sometimes and good service. Highly recommended.

I just met a friend for a quick lunch here, and felt I had to write a review the minute I got home. We ordered the smoked salmon sandwich and chicken burger. While there was nothing wrong with the meals technically, they were extremely bland and tasteless. We only ate half. We had to wait almost 45 for our meals despite the fact the cafe was not very busy at all!

We sat on a bench seat and I had to ask the waiters twice to clean up the dirty dishes of previous patrons next to us! And then I had to ask them to wipe the table when they cleared the plates but left the food scraps lying about. All in all I would not recommend this place nor would I go back.

Avoid at lunch at the very least. l had a salad, my collegues burgers. We waited over 30 mins for food, had to request status twice. The food arrived at different times and not an ounce of understanding was provided from the wait staff. I'm a tolerant accepting eater but this was terrible.

Avoid this place. Having read the good reviews, we recently had lunch at Zoe's. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. Whilst service was ok, the food was less than appealing considering the prices charged. I had the 'chef special' of grilled chicken with potatoes and salad, the chicken consisted of two dry pieces which were not appealing whatsoever, it also was not grilled, but panfried, even though the menu states it as being grilled. The salad was a tiny slab of rocket, tomato and parmesan with a balsamic dressing, again, not appealing at all. My fried had the prawn pasta which was a huge portion, swimming in I don't know what kind of sauce. The only good thing about this place was the fresh juice I had ordered. All in all, I would recommend avoiding this place for lunch, and believe they might do a better job serving breakfast and coffee. The prices they charge for their lunch menu are a joke considering the non-existing quality of the food.

As a sit down cafe for lunch in North Sydney I find this is a nice place to have lunch. Food is generally pretty good, even though on the more expensive side. Coffee is of a good quality - one of the better coffee places in North Sydney (where good coffee is hard to find), however I've had mixed experiences trying to get a morning coffee. On a Friday morning, forget it. They were flat out and took a really long time and quality suffered. Went on a Thursday and there was no queue and coffee was fine. No coffee card that I could see so I'll be going back to my usual coffee spot for morning coffees.

Breakfast is a treat, with fantastic and fantastic and consistent coffee, you know the coffee you are getting will be another great one. Refreshing lunch menu, friendly staff, being a sales person if I have a chance to drop by North Sydney, Zoe Cafe is definitely where I'd be to spoil myself!
