I never had a treatment so cannot say, however, I made a booking and on the day I was told it wasn't booked. When trying to get another date they couldn't seem to get organised.
Its buyer beware when you pick up a cudo deal. Luckily I got my money back as with that kind of service I wouldn't want to give them my money.

I have never seen worse management in an organisation. I can't tell you how many appointments have been cancelled on me at the last minute and excuses made.
The girls have not been trained in making a client feel comfortable when they are in pain. I felt like I was a task that they had to perform and then onto the next one. Sure it was a cheap spreets voucher and they get instant customers but word of mouth and a poor experience does infinitely more damage.
Customer service and experience is Everything. I have never written a review before but I felt like I really needed to.

I'm sadly writing to help others avoid the frustration I had with Zensara. What should have been a straight forward and relaxing experience was dragged out and incredibly unpleasant, largely because the senior staff who kept rescheduling - at least four occasions and effectively forcing me to go to the Neutral Bay store instead of the Crows Nest one because it was convenient to him and then making really silly and hopeless excuses.
Even on the final day, he called me up a few hours beforehand to reschedule the time again! Spend your money elsewhere and spare yourself the grief.

A big thank you to Artie and his wonderful friendly staff at Zensara! I had my first treatment last month and will be scheduling for another very soon.
The staff were very patient with my laser treatment, though I must admit that it wasn't exactly pain free, especially if you are having laser for the first time, it can be a little nerve wrecking since your eyes need to be totally covered so you feel a little vulnerable. However, despite my nervousness the staff tried their best to be understanding and gave me time to catch my breathe. Upon exiting the treatment, Artie was very kind not to judge me and gave me advise on how to minimise discomfort for future treatments.
Despite it needing to take a couple of calls to get through, the staff were very organised, and immediately offered to schedule my future appointment afterwards since I don't live in Sydney. Their service was great, trying to make the process as easy as possible for me.
As for the actual environment, I thought the place was really cute, with a nice atmosphere of lit candles and clean cut layout.
Only suggestion if probably to have some relaxation music in the treatment rooms to help make the treatment area a little more cosy with couches and cushions and candles or essences in the treatment rooms, maybe it will help the clients to feel more at ease. Otherwise, the service and environment at Zensara was surprisingly warm despite doubts I had from reading some of these comments. Zensara was nothing like the negative comments I've seen here. I will book an appointment again soon!

We bought an Ouffer deal for massages and booked months in advance - but were told on the day that there was a mix up with the appointment times. Honest mistake we thought, so booked in again, only to be given a call the night before that they had to cancel our appointment. In the end, it came down to a refund after a very frustrating call with the manager, with excuse after excuse for why they had to cancel. Don't waste your time, money and energy with these people - they have no idea about customer service and I was left with a feeling that I was the one being unreasonable, by requesting a service that was paid for and which I booked in for, months in advance.

This will be one of the few reviews I’ve written in my life and, unfortunately, it’s to make others aware of my terrible experience at Zensara Crows Nest so that they are adequately pre-warned before wasting their own time and money at this dismal clinic/spa.
I purchased a Spreets Voucher ($399 for $8000 worth of treatments). However, before purchasing the voucher, I called in to the Crows Nest branch to have a chat with the owner regarding their laser treatment system and availability. I was assured that they had a number of machines handy and were able to service hundreds of customers in any given day. The machines were supposedly state of the art. He claimed that even a full legs and arms treatment could be completed within 15-20 minutes. Hooked – I clicked on the buy button.
I had to wait a month to book in my first treatment because there was no availability (contrary to what I was told). Then on the day of my first appointment I had to wait two hours before they finally admitted that the machines’ cooling systems were acting up and that they couldn’t treat me that day. Undeterred I made another appointment to come back later in the week.
After waiting one and a half hours, I finally had laser treatment done on my legs which took 45 minutes in total. The machine then started acting up and I was asked to come in early the next week to get my arms done. After waking up 6.00 in the morning to make it in time for my early morning appointment (and confirming it the day before) I got a call saying that it was cancelled. The one silver lining was that I was offered a full refund and I grabbed at it.
In short – the customer service at this place is beyond awful. They have no qualms about keeping customers waiting for several hours. Their laser machines are faulty. Apparently several have been sent back to the manufacturer for repair because they keep breaking down, resulting in only 2-3 machines being available to treat the hundreds of people of who signed up for the Spreets/Ouffer voucher. For those like me who thought the deal was too good to be true, believe me, it is.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced ever - I've bought a laser treatment (valid for 12 months) 3 months ago and at today I haven’t been lucky enough to get my first treatment done. They wouldn’t answer the phone nor return calls making it impossible to book any treatment. With no other option I went direct to the shop and make the booking in there. The first available was in 6 weeks...!
Finally, on the day of the treatment I got there and to my surprise the Neutral Bay shop was closed for renovations! No one call me or email me to let me know so…. I missed my first treatment! Now I have to start all over again.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. On the initial appointment we were late by 4 minutes, that's right 4 minutes and he very rudely said we are late by 4 minutes and we have to reschedule the appointment. The senior staff is not even listening to what we were saying and repeating the same thing very rudely. After argument we were given appointment for next day at 8 pm.
We came at 8 pm and made us wait till 10.30 pm and finally said the machines were not working (the same old reason). And again rescheduled the appointment at 8 am next day.
We again came hoping to get some laser done. He made us wait until 8.40 am saying the therapist is struck in traffic. When we asked when he is expecting them he pretended like calling therapist and said 17 minutes. Finally we made the decision to get the money back. I felt so much relieved after taking the refund.
I think the senior staff so much money upfront selling on Ouffer and spreets websites for laser and spa (appr 1000 vouchers @ $399 = $400k) They became very rude and arrogant.
Good customer service is all about bringing customers back - Not @ Zensara. Their motive is "Who cares about customers, I got money upfront, they will comeback"
And I also recommend, Do not waste your time or money here!

Don't spend your money here! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. My experience with the manager of this salon was terrible! They rescheduled my appointment at the last minute due to the "machines being replaced" and when I eventually was able to make a second appointment I was made to wait in the reception for over 20 minutes after my appointment time with no explanation of why there was a delay. I then asked how long it was going to be and the gentleman was quite abrupt in telling me that he could not kick clients out and the reason for delay was the machines needed a break that day. I don't understand why supposed "new machines" that had been replaced the week prior would need a break? I believe that was just an excuse to cover up their incompetence to manage appointments. Don't waste your money and time at this salon!

I booked an Ouffer deal. It was extrememly difficult to even book an appointment, and then when I finally got one, I left after waiting an hour because there was still another person ahead of me. I found the staff rude, and was given three different stories on the number of machines working. I'm now working to get a refund.
