The downstairs bar is woeful. Some friends and I traipsed upstairs, lured by the Moroccan theme and promise of Tapas. The tapas were tasty but the helping were quite stingy. If you're already on Kind Street you might as well go across the road to The Bank.

I love the decor here - it's gorgeous. I've only been upstairs, and it has a good mix of people, easy to hold a conversation here. Nice lounges. The only bad thing is people smoking..it can get irritating esp with no ventilation! Drinks are good.

My main problem with this place is that the service is more than crap and rude. On many occasions I have been made to feel like a 10 yr old - getting into 'trouble' for sitting in the wrong place or being too comfortable. On almost every occasion I have been there there has been an 'incident'. The food is OK and the drinks are overpriced, but there has to better places to relax. Avoid it!

Loved the food - beautiful! The shape of the downstairs bar is weird and so is the decor but thankfully 24/7 - rockin!

I only went to the bar upstairs, reasonably early on a Saturday night. The bar staff made up a drink to my preference which was delicious, the seating clean, comfortable and styled 'Morrocan'. The vegetarian tapas was fresh and tasty. The staff were efficient and friendly. Toward the later hours it was smokey and the lights dimmed but still not too crowded. I would go back to try it again, downstairs did look icky though.

Ground floor is loud and smoky. Upstairs Mon-Thurs is great but forget about it on the weekend. Great food and a relaxing atmosphere. I have never had a bad time there.
