What an awful experience, a group of us decided to have a friends baby shower here with promises of Afternoon tea and pampering. Aside from stroppy phonecalls weeks before the day asking for payment. We were then greeted with attitude for being late for our 2pm appointment, having arrived at 2pm, apparently we were supposed to get there at 1.45.

I then got the worst manicure in my life, the polish was still tacky several hours later and bubble on every nail, no cuticle work done and a quick dip in a bowl of product apparently makes a luxury manicure?! - $65 bucks wasted. Friends having massages were asked to shower afterwards.

Afternoon tea consisted of a piece of chocolate cake. The girls who work there are lovely but the general atmosphere and professionalism is shocking, most over priced place in Sydney.

Just had the most amazing day at Your Sanctuary Day Spa, my darling husband bought me a Serenity Package for Christmas (yes, I know I am a lucky lady!). From the moment I entered I was treated wonderfully. The staff could not do enough for me. My massage was sooo relaxing and the facial divine!. I was treated to a glass of champagne and tasty lunch. This is one present my hubby got right and I will be booking myself in for more treatments. Thanks Your Sanctuary, I feel so pampered.

Wow what a terribly disappointing experience I had at Your Sanctuary on the weekend! I had organised a morning of indulgence with my mum to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was anything but indulgent! The staff were Completely unprofessional who were not friendly and couldn't even crack a smile or introduce herself.

I was booked for a pregnancy massage and wash and blow dry and my mum was booked for eyelash tint, eyelash perm and pedi! On arrival we were expecting to be shown to a change room where we could hop into a comfy dressing gown and slippers and given a locker to put our belongings in but no that didn't happen and after my lame massage (feet and hands were not massaged). I asked for a shower to wash all the inexpensive baby oil off and I was promptly told that there were no free showers! Ridiculous. I thought it will be ok I'll have a new friendlier person to give me a wash and blow dry but no same person who then gave me a less than luxurious hair treatment!

My mums experience was slightly better but not much. At least her therapist introduced herself and had a friendly persona. However her pedi was not great. Only one coat of nail polish and her eye lash perm was not successful. To top off our disappointing morning we were meant to get a champagne lunch...so we said no to champagne and were offered tea instead. Now lunch was... a slice of stale chocolate cake!

To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Save your money and go to a different day spa if you are looking for friendly, luxury pampering!

Oh. My. God. Shambolic, laughable. Great girls working there, but have you ever had a 6 hour day spa experience and the same girl did nails, tint, facial, massage, blow dry, scrub? Jack of all trades, and as a consequence, all poor quality. Shabby and unhygienic, like something out of the '70's. This should be brilliant but misses by a country mile!
